Paul brings over 25 years senior management experience in investments, covering operational, governance and strategy roles. He was a Director of Old Mutual’s UK asset management businesses from 2005 to 2015, serving on the boards of the UK regulated entities and also offshore funds in Dublin and Cayman. He was Chief Operating Officer of Old Mutual Global Investors during a fivefold increase in AUM via both acquisition and organic growth.

He has also served as COO for two major institutional investors, the Church Commissioners and Railpen, and more recently, he has been working as an independent consultant and executive coach.
